The first Pagani in history, the Zonda C12, chassis number 001 silver, was exhibited at the 1999 Geneva International Motor Show and made the San Cesario Sul Panaro atelier known to the world.
Another famous italian supercar was the Zonda with chassis number 002, today exhibited at the Pagani museum. In fact, the older one made thousands of kilometers for tests and approvals with a centrally positioned Mercedes-Benz V12 engine, 6 liters and 450 HP, which allowed it to achieve excellent performance results and of lap records in the most important international circuits.
