The GTB4 275 Berlinetta was the replacement for the 275 GTB, the main difference was the installation of a V12 engine with four overhead camshafts, two per cylinder bank.
It was shown for the first time at the Paris Auto Show of 1966 and remained in production until March 1968; 220 examples were built, and its chassis number starded from 09007 and ended to number 11069.
