Starting from the second row, Leclerc utilized Ferrari’s acclaimed "launch-mode" advantage to pressure the front-runners into Turn 1. While he lacked the ultimate pace to challenge the dominant Mercedes of Kimi Antonelli, Leclerc drove a calculated race, managing his battery deployment effectively.
Leclerc with a podium in Australia and Suzuka and solid 4th place in China, has amassed 49 points and the temporary 3rd position in the Drivers’ Championship.
