The GTB4 275 Berlinetta was the replacement for the 275 GTB, the main difference was the installation of a V12 engine with four overhead camshafts, two per cylinder bank.
It was first shown at the 1966 Paris Motor Show and remained in production until March 1968; 220 examples were built and its chassis numbers started at 09007 and ended at number 11069.
